Blueberry Oat Pancakes

New breakfast idea!

Ingredients
- 2 bananas (smashed) 
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup oats 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 1/2 cup blueberries 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Heat a skillet with oil /coconut oil on low heat. When oil is hot pour 1/2 cup of the oat pancake mixture onto the skillet and let the top harden before flipping. 
Another option is to bake. Set oven to 350 degrees and place 1/2 cup of mixture to an oiled baking sheet. Cook until the top of the pancake hardens 10-15 mins and then flip and put back in for 5-10 mins.
