A tangy twist on your regular tuna salad, with extra protein from greek yogurt! Use this recipe for a sandwich, as a dip for crackers/raw vegetables, or as a protein for your lunchtime salad.
Ingredients:
2 cans of flaked tuna in water (drained)
2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 garlic dill pickles, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread onto your favourite type of bread, and top with toppings of choice. I recommend spinach and red onion, with sprouted grain bread.
