Fresh ripe mangoes mixed with red onion and lime is a combination you’ll be obsessed with!

Ingredients
2 large ripe mangos, diced
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1 medium green pepper finely chopped (you can use any colour peppers)
1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced cucumber
2 limes, juiced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of salt & pepper
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, toss all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavours soak in and blend.
