Mango Salsa

Fresh ripe mangoes mixed with red onion and lime is a combination you’ll be obsessed with!


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangos, diced

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1 medium green pepper finely chopped (you can use any colour peppers)

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Dash of salt & pepper

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, toss all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavours soak in and blend.
