I can't get enough of granola in my yogurt bowls! Craving a cookie for breakfast? No problem - whip up this granola, throw on top of yogurt and your craving is satisfied.

Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoon ground flax
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup cocao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips.
Directions:
Preheat over to 300 F.
Combine all dry ingredients except the chocolate.
Stir in the wet ingredients until all dry ingredients are coated.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool. Evenly distribute chocolate over the baked granola. Crumble all together and transfer to an airtight container.
