Ingredients:
Dry
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet
1 1/2 cups ripe bananas (approximately 4 small)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/8 cup milk (any type of milk will work)
Other
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate medium bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
Let cool slightly and transfer to a cooling rack. Cut into desired size pieces and store on your counter in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Also freezes great!
