How do you break your fast? Chia pudding is a great breakfast with tons of nutritious value.
Chia seeds have a lot of benefits including; massive amounts of nutrients with low calories, they are loaded with antioxidants and high in quality protein.
Ingredients
3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and let sit overnight in the fridge in a covered container. In the morning add any fruit you'd like, hemp hearts, granola and cinnamon.
