Maple Cinnamon Raisin Granola

This Granola will have you dreaming of your breakfast parfait. I was craving a cinnamon raisin bagel one evening, so I decided to create a new granola recipe to satisfy my craving. Granola is always a good idea, especially when you're cravings a sweet treat.



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax

  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add in your wet ingredients and stir well. Pour mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, and spread out into a single layer.


Bake at 300 for 20-30 minutes.


Let cool. Crumble with your hands into desired size of pieces (I like a mixture of small and large chunks). Transfer to an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
