Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cacao
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips (and some extra to sprinkle on top)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start boiling 1/2 cup of water.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine (almond flour, instant coffee, coconut sugar and cacao). Add all wet ingredients into a separate bowl (melted butter, eggs).
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and then mix in the boiling water. Mix together all ingredients until completely incorporated. Fold in 1 Cup of chocolate chips and then place the brownie mixture in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Place some chocolate chips on top and bake for 30- 35 mins. Check after 30 mins and take out when a toothpick comes out clean.
