Looking for a new glaze for your roasted vegetables? Look no further - this sweet and tangy but subtle glaze is the perfect addition to your weekly meal prep.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon miso paste
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons tamari
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey\
4-5 cups of vegetable of choice (cauliflower, peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms etc)
Directions
Pre heat over to 400 F.
Chop 4-5 cups of vegetables of choice. Toss with the glaze and roast approximately 20-35 minutes (depending on the vegetables you choose). Make sure you stir/ flip the vegetables at the halfway point.
Enjoy as a side to a protein, on your salads or in a Buddha bowl!
